N.C. Wyeth
Recently I have rediscovered my love for the Wyeths, a family of artists who have produced work both enduring and magical. I have been doing research for a commission of a painting of a Cherokee woman, and naturally my mind went to N.C. Wyeth’s series of Indian paintings. From there I was distracted by Jamie Wyeth’s mysterious, lively work, seemingly a mixture between the color and vibrancy of N.C Wyeth’s work and the somber mystery of Andrew Wyeth.
